What this site is
This site is a free service that helps homeowners connect with local service providers. We are not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, inspect, warrant or guarantee any work. All contractors and providers are independent businesses, and they are not our employees or agents.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for choosing whether to work with any provider. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. Any agreement you make is between you and that provider.
Information on this site
The guides on this site are general information, not legal, financial, engineering or building advice. Cost figures are public national benchmarks and not quotes. Permit, historic district, flood and association rules change, so confirm them with the office concerned. We try to keep the information accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete or current.
Estimates and pricing
This site does not issue estimates or prices. Any estimate, and whether it is free, comes from the provider and is subject to that provider's terms. An estimate is not a contract.
Calls
Calls may be routed to independent providers and may be recorded, as described in the privacy policy. This site may be paid when calls connect. The service covers ZIP codes 28560 to 28564 and 28532, and providers may decline any call or project.
Pictures
The pictures on this site are general kitchen ideas. They are not photos of finished local jobs. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on this site.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, this site is provided as is, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from the work, conduct or products of any provider.
